Shipping policy

1. Are you still shipping?
Yes, we are still shipping! Thank you for all your support. We follow closely to safety guidelines practice safety precautions so that we can continue to serve our customers. We thank you for your support.

2. Are there any discounts or coupon codes?
Periodically we offer coupon codes. You may sign up to our emailing list so that you will be notified of any special promotions.

3. Is your site for professionals only.
We highly recommend that you have a license or prior training when purchasing the products on our site. Without proper training, some of the chemical ingredients found in these products may cause damage/irritation to you. In addition, with improper use, the product may become damaged.

4. How long is shipping?
Your order will be processed and shipped out of our facility within 1-2 days. We are currently shipping out of California. Our ship time is generally 2-5 days depending on your location. 

5. Tracking states “Delivered” but I did not get a package.
Sometimes the tracking will show the package was "Delivered", however, it may take up to 3 days for the package to show up.

6. Do you provide package insurance?
Package insurance is usually based off default value from the Shipping Carrier . We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages that has a "Delivered" tracking status.
