Returns & Exchanges

All Sales are Final; no return or exchange is accepted. 

However, we listen to your feedback and solve case by case basis. Make sure to reference your order number and allow us 3 business days to respond. Do not send package to us without confirmation.

You must email us a copy of your professional license, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For all returns or exchanges, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns/exchanges on polishes, gels, powders, products without tamper proof seals and electronics. 


We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on any electrical equipment (ie. drills, LED/UV lamps). Please register your warranty with the corresponding manufacturer. However, we are authorized retailers of these electronics, therefore you should have no issues with registration. Please keep a copy of your receipt in case you may need to make a claim. 

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on products that do not come with seals. Once the product is shipped, it will be considered as "Used Condition".

We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages that has a "Delivered" tracking status.
